Private individuals come to coaching for a whole range of reasons. Sometimes it is to explore future possibilities and to reflect on why the things they always intended to do are still locked up firmly in the cupboard labelled ‘Pipe Dream’. Sometimes they are already forging ahead, but would appreciate an impartial sounding board to test out new ideas or stay on track. Other times, they really don’t like where they are at the moment, but have no idea where, or who, they want to be. Coaching is about looking forward.
Coaching begins with a partnership between coach and client that is confidential, non-judgemental and completely at ease. A good coach will listen attentatively while you explore your thoughts, at your own speed and in your own way. Questions will help develop your thinking further and pull out new ideas and insights that will often surprise you. Eventually, you will come to your own conclusions about the changes you want to make in your life, and then you can begin applying more top quality thinking to the question: “So, what will I do now to make that happen?”

All my coaching clients benefit from a FREE one hour introductory meeting. This doesn’t commit you to anything, but will give you all the information you need to decide whether coaching is for you. Should you decide to go ahead, you will find me to be flexible in terms of our session times, that I don’t tie you in to a long term commitment, and that I offer loads of extra support between sessions. Coaching can be carried out face to face, by phone or by Skype video call.
