The Springboard Women’s Development Programme is coming to Ipswich this January!
Rebecca is delighted to be working with Yvonne Coolbear of Coolbear Training to bring an open course to Trinity Park, Ipswich from January 2017.
It’s a rare opportunity for private individuals and small businesses to access this internationally acclaimed programme. Also for larger organisations to experience Springboard first hand before deciding whether to commission an in-house delivery.
Here in the UK Springboard is used by many public sector bodies and larger corporates to grow their female talent. It’s often a key component in an organisation’s diversity/gender initiative. The managers of participants say they are delighted with the outcomes; they say women become more focused and confident, they bring solutions instead of problems, are more positive, deal with change better and have improved communication skills.
But you don’t have to be someone else’s employee to benefit. Looking to make a change, find a sense of direction or present yourself more confidently and assertively? Then Springboard is for you.
Gender non-binary people are also warmly welcomed to find out more.
