Rebecca Winn is delighted to have been invited to judge at the UK Complaint Handling Awards 2018. The ceremony will take place on 22 February in London, and will recognise the very best in complaint handling and resolution from entrants across the UK.
“I’m so pleased to be getting involved,” says Rebecca. “As you know, much of my work centres around customer service delivery, and within that world it’s complaint handling and ‘those’ difficult conversations that interest me the most. To have been recognised in this way as a specialist is immensely satisfying, and I look forward to meeting all those like-minded individuals next February!”
