Coaching draws out the knowledge and expertise people already have.
Forward-thinking organisations around the world have woken up to the transformative power of coaching and the difference a coaching approach in-house makes to levels of engagement and quality of performance.
Our three-day programme will help your in-house coaches hit the ground running. Ongoing support and continuous learning are a feature of this programme.
Delivered by Rebecca Winn, a professionally accredited coach who tutors in coaching at postgraduate level.
Module 1 runs over two days and covers
- The fundamentals of coaching psychology
- Credibility and the coaching relationship
- Listening and observing to uncover meaning
- Different questions for different purposes
- Coaching frameworks
- Creative tools and approaches
Following module 1 participants gain real world coaching experience with volunteer clients. They are encouraged to reflect on their experiences and have access to additional resources that underpin their growing skill set.
Module 2 brings the group back together for a day of reflection and further training 4-6 weeks later.
How it works:
The In-House Coach is run over three full days in-house at your venue.
It can also be delivered online via video conferencing in 8 x 2-hour modules. These can be delivered flexibly, for example in clusters to provide longer learning sessions.
Both options include self-reflection and other activities for completion outside the sessions.
Throughout the programme participants receive ongoing support and check-ins. Additional development days, check-ins and supervision sessions can also be set up to support in-house coaches going forward.

We explore so many different things, there is never a dull or awkward moment. We have the flexibility to discuss anything, and at the end our discussion is all drawn together in my mind so I come away feeling energised and motivated again. Thank you, Rebecca!
