Rebecca is a professionally qualified coach (postgraduate level, member of the International Coaching Federation) with over 500 hours of client coaching experience.
She is also an expert group facilitator, designing and delivering creative and learner-led workshops to a diverse client base over many years.
Before moving wholly into people development in 2001, Rebecca spent a long time in the frontline of customer care, and as a people manager. That’s important, because she understands the demands of dealing with customers every day (including angry, complaining ones).
Rebecca founded Winnthinking People Development in 2011 to help professional people build up their skills and personal confidence.
